innovative and ever eager to learn new concepts. One of our greatest
strength is placement. A few strengths to highlight about the department
include industry-institute interactions along with MOU’s signed, sponsored
universities research projects, value addition programs, faculty interaction
with the outside world and life skill activities. Apart from teaching, our
faculty members are deeply engaged in research work and scientific
collaboration in national and international projects.
Department has been granted more than Rs.50 lacs from International
/National University and Industries. The core values of the department help
the students to develop their overall personality and make them worthy
technocrat to compete and work at global level. Department has been
conducting Hands on workshop/seminar / conferences under different clubs
like IEEE/IE/ IETE/ISTE/e-SITizen/IITB spoken tutorial since its beginning to
keep the faculty and students to enhance the knowledge in their domain.
We have also inducted all the ‘Honours courses’ for all the students of our
Institute as per university Guidelines. NPTEL and Virtual Lab is the integral
part of teaching learning.
The Department of E&TC Engineering established in the year 2004 with an intake of 60 students, presently the intake is 120. Department is accredited by NBA and NAAC. Department has well qualified faculties. Out of 19 faculty members 05 are Ph.D, 07pursuing Ph.D. and others are Master. Department has student strength of 120. To enhance the skills and knowledge, department organizes various programmes such as STP, VAP.OurStudents come with innovative ideas and implement to convert it to copyrights and patents. Students secure good ranks in the SPPU university and adds crown in the feather of department with Good Placements.
Department promotes thequality education and teaching learning practices by industry-institute interactions, Signing of MOU’s, sponsored universities research projects, value addition programs, faculty interaction with the outside world and life skill activities. Apart from teaching, faculty members are deeply engaged in research work and scientific collaboration in national and international projects. Department has been granted more than Rs. 30 lakhs from International /National University and Industries. The core values of the department help the students to develop their overall personality and make them worthy technocrat to compete and work at global level. Department motivates students to take part in the programs like workshop/seminar / conferences organized under under different professional clubs like IEEE, IE, IETE,ISTE, eSITizen’s, IITB spoken tutorial etc. The students are excelled to explore their talent with Business club, eSITizen’sclub, and Vodafone club. Students learn new technological aspects by registering in NPTEL and Virtual Lab under institute Nodal centre. Career Counselling Centre is established in the institute for all department students to guide them regarding carrieropportunities and life long learning experiences. Department has centre of excellence in internet of Things (IoT)to Incorporate technological excellenceproduct development with project based learning (PBL) and learning beyond wall with out of box thinking ,Wish all the best.
