Centralised Training & Placement Cell
At the centralized training & placement cell we always make dedicated efforts to satisfy the students aspirations regarding their future career goals. It is our observation that around 20%- 22% students are planning to do their higher education either in India or abroad to help & assist them we organize seminar, lectures for appropriate selection of course, university etc. Around 3% students are thinking to start their own business or support their relatives. Our entrepreneurship cell helps& guides them to make them successful.
More than 75% student i.e majority of the students plan for a career in the best corporate and hence we focus on following parameters.
Overall personality development: In this competitive world students must possess overall personality along with academic excellence. They must havelogical & innovative thinking, have  effective communications, and also have professional skills to effectively compete in today’s market place, such as teamwork, project management, cross functional networking.
In view of the above we have made it compulsory for  the students aspiring to get opportunity in best corporate to attend overall personality programs organized by expert faculty members & industrial experts.
Campus Connect : We always keep thrust on developing campus connect relationship with reputed corporate. This initiative has resulted in organizing plenty of campus drives  for entry level recruitment.
The Department of Training and Placement provides job opportunities to the graduating students through campus placement. The process normally begin at the end of the sixth semester and continue till eight semester and beyond. Students are recruited in reputed companies and offered high salary package.

Objectives

  • Assist students in developing/clarifying their academic and career interests and their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
  • Assist students in developing and implementing successful job search strategies.
  • Work with faculty members, department Heads and administration to integrate career planning and academic curriculum as well as coordinate Project Work/ Summer Training/internship programs.
  • Assisting employers in achieve their hiring goals.
  • Serve the community by providing access to our campus wide activities & career resources.
  • Empower students with life-long career decision-making skills.
  • Provide resources and activities to facilitate the career planning process.
  • Act as a link between students, alumni and the employment community
  • Up gradation of the students skill sets commensurate with the expectations of the industry.
  • Generation of awareness in the students regarding future career options available to them.
  • Assisting different companies in recruiting candidates as per their requirements.
  • Assisting our students in obtaining final placement in reputed companies.

 

Campus Placement Process

Step 1. Declaration of Job offer on portal. Registration by Students.

Step 2. Pre- placement Talks by the Company. Job Profile and Expectations.

Step 3. Test (Technical and Aptitude)-Paper Pencil/Online. Declaration of Test Results.

Step 4. Group Discussion for shortlisted students. Declaration of Group Discussion Results.

Step 5. Personal Interview of GD Shortlisted students. Declaration of Selected Students.

Step 6. Offer Letter. Acceptance of Offer Letter.

Step 7. Training in Campus or in Company (Optional). Joining in Company.
