Apart from academics it is very much essential for students to get aware of the requirement of industries. To fulfill them it is essential for them to update their knowledge to that level by undergoing some extra training. Value addition program are intended with that motto .It will bridge the gap between academics and Industries. To meet this stringent requirement we find the solution by inviting experts, trainers and based on some predefined criteria we arrange the VAP.
Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala has introduced a number of innovative programs to create awareness among students about career opportunities that are emerging and to equip them suitably to succeed in competition for securing the best jobs that are available. Set of programs is intended to enhance employability by giving engineering students special training to improve their skills and personality development to succeed in competitions. Many students took the benefit of VAP and it had played very crucial role in their placement process.
